0 The University Center of Arts – Phase III remodel of the Historic Landmark, originally constructed in 1929 was designed to preserve the exterior and allow for the interior to be filled with updated and state of the art technology, lighting and sound for today’s performance.
The third phase of the total renovation added the University Art Museum, the Avenir Museum of Design and Merchandising, a 285-seat Organ Recital Hall and 200-seat University Dance Theatre.
