ESTABLISHING BUDGETS
Our in-depth review of the goals of the team, requirements of each project, and breaking the project down into individual systems provides our clients with the confidence that they have a transparent and comprehensive budget allowing design to proceed with a solid foundation.
MANAGING DESIGN
Using the budget as a guide, Ludvik Electric works hand in hand with design teams to ensure projects will be constructed within budget. From Value Engineering suggestions to ensuring the design meets applicable codes and regulations, the design can be maintained or even improved through careful evaluation of each system.
ENSURING CONSTRUCTABILITY
All projects in the preconstruction phase are reviewed with the operations team to ensure all proposed materials and installation methods are feasible. In addition, we offer 3D modeling services for the client to ensure the installation will coordinate with all other entities of the project and can be used as the as-built and operations manual.
SCHEDULE EVALUATION
Part of the Ludvik Electric mission is to provide our client’s project on time. We begin by placing long lead items on a timeline to ensure design and delivery can be maintained to meet the overall project needs. We work closely with the client to coordinate other trade’s work to ensure enough time is provided to each discipline to have a manageable schedule. Pull planning is another tool that can be utilized even at the preconstruction phase to accomplish this challenge.
COLLABORATION
Whether it’s working hand-in-hand with the design team or other subcontractors, we take the team approach allowing for open and candid discussion to create an atmosphere of trust. Communication with all entities of the project is essential to project success.
