0 This project was a design build 6,500 sq. ft. renovation of a 211-bed student residence hall. The renovation included complete demolition of the existing loading walls and systems.
Systems installed now support more advanced technologies including a large electrical service to accommodate the heavier electrical loads of today, hard wired high speed data cabling to each dorm room and wireless network.
The project was a LEED Gold project.
