Betasso Water Treatment Facility is an existing facility that is the primary water treatment plant for Boulder, Colorado.  The improvements included in this Project are; the addition of a residuals dewatering building, replacement of switchgear and generator with new addition of 4 new basins to convert the existing flocculation, along with upgrades to the existing electrical equipment.
