250 Columbine project is located in Cherry Creek North. The project included an eight story office building (approximately 70,000 SF) at the corner of 2nd & Columbine St. The remainder of the project is a 2nd tower consisting of 71 luxury condominium units. Both the office building and condominium units are constructed over retail space. The plan also included two levels of underground parking. The project design was completed utilizing a design assist method. Services provided by Ludvik Electric: design assistance, BIM modeling, value engineering, project management, supervision, coordination, scheduling, installation, quality control and safety controls.
