The CU Athletics Complex included several different contracts and funding sources to include; the NE Operations Center, Dal Ward Seating and NE Seating, Dal Ward Renovation, Roof top terrace at the top of the NE Operations, the Indoor Practice Facility, and Underground parking structure.

Dal Ward and NE Seating was a remodel of the seats at Folsom Field.  This included installation of raceways for power, future data and TV locations, and a Grounds keeping storage under the seating.

The NE Operations building included a state of the art football players locker room, training room, weight room, therapy pools, treadmill pool, hydro tubs, and weight room. Other floors included the Football Team Meeting rooms with dining lounge and full commercial kitchen, Coaches Offices, athletic offices, and a rooftop that houses a warming kitchen.

Dal Ward renovation included demo of the existing football players and athletic lockers and facilities to make room for the Olympic training facility and Club Lounge.

The IPF (Indoor Practice Facility) houses the indoor turf field and Olympic size track. Under the field is 2 1/2 levels of underground parking. Large roll up doors from the weight room in the NE Operations building. open to provide access from the weight room directly to the indoor field.
