The project included two separate projects. The West Plant is the existing plant that has been used for decades. The West Plant was completely renovated and included new electrical and mechanical systems including a new steam turbine to provide sustainable energy for the campus.

The second project included the construction of the new East Plant. The East Plant included new Chillers and Heating plant for redundancy and capacity for the existing campus and new expansion.
