Reconstruction of the East Basins 100MGD Treatment Facility including the construction of all electrical, instrumentation, process controls, fire alarm and ancillary building systems for the Sodium Chlorite Facility, Ferrous Chloride Test Facility, Wash Water Equalization Basin, Pre-Sedimentation Basins, Rapid Mixers, Sand Ballasted Flocculation Structure, GAC Filter Absorbers and Polymer Storage and Feed System.

Included in the reconstruction was an expansion of the 5KV distribution system, the low voltage distribution system, the plant wide fiber optic network and a conversion to a new control system.  The key challenge was associated with the installation of the new CSO control system to replace the existing Wonderware control system.
