The 500,000 sq. ft. mountain resort located in the heart of Vail includes 121 high-tech guest rooms and private residences.

The 10-story building provides guests with a 14,000 sq. ft., full-service spa, a 2,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art fitness center; 8,500 sq. ft. of meeting space; two dining options, and a year-round, 75-ft heated pool.  The project also included a full-service ski concierge at the base of the Vista Bahn chair lift.
