The Lakehouse on 17th features 196 sellable condominium apartments and townhome residences.   It is  a 12-story high-rise located just south of Sloan’s Lake in Denver, Colorado.  This will be a  multi-use residential and retail building which will span approximately 383,000 sq. ft.   Lakehouse on 17th will offer amenities including a gym, yoga studio, sauna, and an open-air pool that will overlook Sloans Lake.  Also included is 131,000 square feet of a covered parking garage.  The Lakehouse on 17th will be the first project in Colorado to achieve a WELL Building Certification.  This new, high-level building standard will revolutionize the construction industry, where concepts of health are incorporated into design and operations of buildings to promote human health and well-being throughout the course of the project and after its completion.
