Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association is a wholesale supplier of electric power to 32 distribution systems located in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.  Generating and routing power to more than 650,000 people living in rural areas across these States.

The Headquarters constructed in Westminster, Colorado consist of a 3-story building with 158,722 sq. ft. of space comprising:

60% Open Office Space

Below-grade level with copy center, vehicle service area, lunchroom, central files and employee lounge

State-of-the-art executive rotunda conference center

Installations included an energy efficient lighting system that provides ideal light for work areas and a “white noise” sound masking system.

AGC of Colorado awarded Ludvik Electric Co. a 1997 (ACE) Silver Award for this project.
