The Windsor Crude Oil Loading Terminal consisted of ground transport off loading to storage tanks and 24 unload stations for loading and off loading between rail cars and the ground transport.  Also included was a site wide terminal control building and a bill of lading facility.

Occupancies included Class 1, Div 1 and Class 1 Div 2 classifications.  These  hazardous classifications drove the decision to use 100% back-up emergency power on static UPS systems.  Installation also included power for all buildings, pumps, and loading equipment.  In addition instrumentation included 3000 control points for control and monitoring.
