The expansion of the Colorado Convention Center created a need for a hotel that would compliment its growth, The Hyatt  Regency Hotel did just that.

The 1,250,000 sq. ft., 37-story contemporary hotel includes:

1,106 guest rooms and suites

6,700 sq. ft. spa and fitness room

Indoor heated pool

60,000 sq. ft. of function space

One 30,000 sq. ft. Ballroom and one 15,000 sq. ft. Ballroom

35 meeting rooms and conferencing facilitiies

Restaurant, lounge, coffee and gift shop

AGC of Colorado awarded Ludvik Electric Co. a 2006 (ACE) Bronze Award for this project.
