Ludvik Electric Co. was responsible for the partial demolition and removal of existing electrical equipment and their associated wiring and piping, providing and installing new equipment, wiring, piping, start-up and assist commissioning for the same.

The equipment required concrete work, new conduit and wiring, excavation, demolition and testing.

Temporary power for construction not only had to meet the needs for construction, it also had to provide power for certain loads in the plant and Administration Building.

Phase 1 was completed in April 2003.  Phase II was completed in April 2004.
