The project was contained within 1,000,000 square foot five floor structure with consisted of:  two Sub Fab process equipment and tool support levels, the Main Fab clean room, an interstitial clean room support level and air handling deck.

The scope of work included the installation of secondary distribution for facilities equipment, future tool install, and clean room environmental support equipment.  The work included the installation of the following:

• 300 distribution and branch panelboards
• 8 – 750 KVA UPS units with the associated battery strings and UPS system monitoring equipment
• Automated Material Handling System head-end equipment and support equipment for water transportation with the FAB clean room
• Feeders and connection to multiple process gas equipment systems
• Power and mechanical distribution and connections located throughout the FAB clean room to support future tools.
