This was a renovation of an existing 330,000 sf Millennium Building. The project consisted of the demolition of the interior of an existing 4-story building with two (2) parking levels beneath, full tenant infill and revisions for the one-line. This included removing and replacing a thirty (30) year old 2500 KVA transformer weighing over 10,000 pounds.

Demo of existing branch circuitry unless noted to remain. Installation of branch circuitry from existing panels for power, lighting, and mechanical equipment. Telecom backbone and branch conduit stubbed up in-wall lighting control panel and free air cat. 5 cabling for switching complete fire alarm demo and installation of new fire alarm system. Security rough at roof top access doors and various door on floor.
