The upgrades to the CF&I Steel plant included both a Vacuum Tank Degasser/Ladle Refining Furnace and a Rail Bloom Reheat Furnace Facility.

The fast track industrial installation included:

• Re-Feeding existing substations
• Addition of two (2) substations
• Power correction factor capacitors
• Motor Control Centers
• Calibration, installation, wiring and testing devices
• Re-circulation water pumps
• Water filtering and lubrications systems
• Gaitronics Communication System
• Aircraft Warning Stack Lights
