The project is located at the west end of Lionshead in Vail, CO. The building has three (3) underground garage levels, six (6) levels of high-end residences on the east end of the building and seven levels of residences on the west wing of the building. Level 1 includes a plaza, pool/fitness, lounge, future restaurant and retail area. The building has a total of 310,789 square feet. There are sixty six (66) residences excluding lock-offs.
