Originally built in 1882, the design-build renovation added a new mezzanine level with balconies, loft conversions and upgrades, while maintaining the original facade of the building.

The 136,000 sq. ft. building originally used to store streetcars and horses, now includes 43 premier luxury lofts with the 1st floor incorporating retail spaces and restaurants.
