The Lodge at the base of Winter Park Mountain consists of two luxury condo buildings, comprising 380,000 sq. ft. with 230 units.  Each condo ranges in size from 700 sq. ft. to 1,400 sq. ft.  Additionally there is 30,000 sq. ft. of retail space and an 83,000 sq. ft. underground parking garage.

Each building was constructed with a structural steel frame, gabled roofs and exterior wood siding.
